PLEASE HELP MY E. MAILS HAVE JAMMED

Please advice I have someone helping me with Data and their E. Mails have jammed I have no2, of 16 not getting through at all Please in a simple language can anyone help. I have been trying for 3hours Been on to my provider,and they were not clear enough to help. Joan

Joan Are you receiving all except no 2? Sounds like that particular e-mail either has some sort of corruption that is stoppng it getting through, or perhaps it is a large size and using too much memory for your mailbox to handle. Ask the sender to resend the e-mail. If that fails, and it is a large e-mail (or has a large attachment) ask the sender to perhaps split the data over two e-mails if possible. Otherwise it could be one of a million reasons which even leaves experts floundering. I am not an expert, but have encountered such happenings from time to time! Ian

Joan, Can you block me from you account? There should be a button at the top of your page 'tools' click on that and there should either be 'blocked senders' or 'message rules', block my email address. Not corrupted, Just file was too large and I didnt realise. If you block me it should stop my mail but let others through Sue
