i emailed the lds site about not being able to access the site and they kindly sent this reply. It appear's as if this is not an error generated by the website, or it is a problem that has already been repaired. It sound's like you need to clear your cache and refresh the web page. You can do this in internet Explorer by clickin on tools, internet options, then clicking on teh delete files button. Now go back to the web page and click on refresh. In netscape, click on edit, preferences, then clickon plus sign next to advanced on the left, then click on cache. Now click on the clear disk cache and clear memory cache button's on the right. Now go back to the web page and click reload. We have also noticed that there have been some conflicts between the web site and peoples computers resulting from some parental control settings associated with the softwareprogram (cyber sitter). You might want to take a look at your setting'sif you are using this program. Thankyou for your feedback. Sincerely the LDS.org Portal Team. Shan

Hi All I too have been unable to access the familysearch website since Saturday. I have just been able to get onto the website and seems to be working fine now, so all those who cant access it give it another try, it should be working now. Sharon
