streets in dovercourt 1910?

can anyone help find a street in dovercourt essex in 1910??? have just got my mothers birth certificate , but most of the address is unreadable! All I can work out is.... 4 D_______ yard, dovercourt. I have tried street maps but they all seem to be recent ones. Help Please.
