I want to delete my tree from the site so I can upload my new updated one. I looked in the FAQ's and it tells me to go to the Import / Export option and then click on Delete My Tree but when I did there was no option to delete. Can anyone else find this or am I missing something? Thanks Lynne |

Margaret, Sorry, not too sure what the problem could be, don't take offence but did you follow the instructions to the letter to add children? If you did then i would put this request on the tips board rather than a reply to a post. Tricia |

I do not want to delete my tree, just sticking it on would be great. Before I give up completely, which would be a shame for all those people researching Smiths/Greens. Will someone help me to input my fam. tree. Before I go mad. I am sure I have duplicated a couple. I have read the instructions but for someone new at computers they are not very clear or helpful. It's complicated enough, what with a Smith married to another Smith both with Grandparents named George Smith from the same town with different trees, plus someone who forgot to marry before the children. Add in a dash of time like from 1914 back to c1771. Of course silly me download from the computer, except it not on the compter yet, and at this rate may never get on it at all. Think I will take up something interesting, like doing the washing up. Eunice |

Eunice, if you click on "your tree" to the left of the screen this takes you to a page that has "how to build my tree" if you click on this it takes you to a HELP/F.A.Q's you should, hopefully, be able to find an answer to your query. Tricia |

Trish, Thank You. it took a while, and your message helped. managed to imput most of the Smith/Green. Think I pressed the save key twice, which gave me my ggrandfather as married to my ggrandmother, he also ended up as my ggrandmothers father. Plenty of other stuff in the family tree, but I hope never that. Thanks again Eunice. |
