Help with certificate need please

Hi Kim and Kate, Thanks a lot for the information, i was interested in tracing a relative of the deceased, not sure if he was still married but if i order the certificate, it should say the name of the person who registered the death and their adress then, so this will help. They changed in 1969 to give d.o.b. and place of birth. |

LAST ONE I GOT WAS 1917 IT HAS 1.when and where died 2. name and surname 3. Sex. 4Age 5 occupation. 6. Cause of death. 7. Signature description and residence of informant 8 when registered 9. Signature of registrar Hope this is what you wanted think they also give female maiden name if appropriate. Kim |

Hi, Can anyone tell me if I order a death certificate will the name and adress of next of kin be listed on this, also what other information will be provided, I mean a fairly recent one. Thanks for your help. Sheila |
