Hi, Your grandmother's birth cert will have your great grandmother's maiden name on it. When she married for a second time she would have used the surname of her first husband. Gwynne

I've been trying to trace my Great Grand mothers marrages, there was two. I have her death certicate under the name Haynes, her second husband; no idea off his christian name. I don't know her maiden name. Her first married name was Lewis. My Grandmother's maiden name. So what name would she have used for her second marrage. James Lewis is described as deceased, her first husband, on my Grandmothers marrage certicate.
