Oh sorry Helen, my mistake, can't find her birth record or her family or where she came from!! Checked freebmd and 1837online , think she my be a clue so would love to find her parents as can't find marriage for the ones she is living with in 1901.. (If you watched Carries war on at Christmas there was a "Hepzibah" on that if I remeber rightly played by Pauline Quirke ) KIM

Yehudi Menuhin's sister was called Hepzibah.

Kim I was intrigued by the name, so checked the 1901 and then put the name into Google. Result: Name Gender Origin Meaning Hepzibeth Female Hebrew She is my delight. Can't find her on FreeBMD or on IGI. As she was supposedly born 1885, she won't be on the 1881 census either. Helen

i Can find this lady in 1901 census age 16 living with relatives.in Frimley Would like to find her on another census , as can't find her on 1837 online and would like to know her parentage to trace rest of family in absence of anything else. Can anyone find her on 1881/91 . I'm not sure if hepzibah/beth could have been shortened? She just appears from nowhere and I am intrigued. KIM
