Copy and Paste the error message you are getting into the Google search engine and it will explain what the error means....if there is a fix on your end, the site will advise. Judy

Hello Dave, I had exactly the same problem earlier this week. The solution is definitely on their website, it's a bit long winded, but it does work. Best Wishes, Julie

Hi Dave if you go to the Legacy web site, find the help section, they have a list of error numbers plus the solutions. Steve.

Hi, I'm getting an error on Legacy 5 even when I'm not on the internet. Can't remember exact wording something about form alreadydisplayed can't show modally? It occurs when I'm in family view - individuals information if I dont make an alteration it shuts down Legacy. I can't find it in the help file any ideas?
