Hi Ann, like everything else ,it seems to be better for certain parts of country they have just updated Dorset baptisms but they are no means complete, the Dorset 1851 census is complete and they have 1891 Derbyshire census index(not much use ,since it seems easy for someone to do lookup on Ancestry for 1891). It is really annoying because I have two Dorset baptisms I am trying to find. Oh well maybe with the next update. I know Hampshire baptisms wont be complete because i am still transcribing some so i do sympathise with them. I just hoped!!! Ann glos

Ann If you click on their list of databases and choose a county they will tell you what they've got, which in turn will give you an idea of the success you're likely to have. I did find some of my Cambridge relatives, but there's not much for Warwickshire or the bits of Norfolk I want, or Gloucestershire for that matter.

Although not yet complete, I've found a lot of my Halifax ancestors on it.

I found it brilliant for my Cornish ancestors, OK for my Lincs ones and absolutely blimmin' useless for my Warwickshire rellies. It's very hit-and-miss - when it's good, it's good, when it's awful, it really is awful.
