Wee Gracie, I wish you would stay still. As I said on the chat board, what is the problem My tree is still there. have GC replied to you, I think they will probably be able to solve it for you. when you say two pages I am not sure what you mean. Ann Glos

I've just had a look at my tree. My Gt Gt Grandparents had 14 kids. I can only see 2 of them on my tree now. There used to be an option at the right hand side to see more pages and it is no longer there. Am I being daft or has something gone wrong? Jill

Hi Gracie I can't view all of my tree either, there are red crosses in boxes where there should be names of people. I can find them in the list of names though. Heather

Jill, Ignore me if you've already done this -the 'more tree exists...' message is still there on my tree but I do have to scroll the page down to find it. Heather, I think the red crosses mean the tree is loading very slowly, if you wait, or click on them you may find the rellies appear.

Hi Judith, Many thanks - didn't think of dropping down a couple of generations! Once I'd done that I found the rest of the tree. On the next page, the "more tree exists" was on every generation line. Doh......stupid or what! Jill
