If you are putting her down as marrying someone in your tree, I would write it as for example John Smith m Mary Jones (formerly Brown). Jones being her former married name and Brown her maiden name. i don't know if that is the correct was to do it but it is how i wuld do it. Ann Glos |

a relative in my tree was widow before she married again do i put her down in maiden name or her first marraige name. thanks tracy |
