Why can't I log into Friends re-united??

i had this prob and was told that if i had the hotmail/msn email up it would block entry so try it fresh from a blank internet connection

Hi Susan, I too had this problem - it occurred after I became a member of GC. It took several e-mails to them before they understood the problem but they sorted it eventually! Good Luck, Linda.

Susan....a few things to try before attempting to go back to the site .....empty cookies and temporary internet files....those folders will often "remember" the error message you are getting becuase it's saved on your PC and will often prevent you from accessing a site. You might also want to change security settings.....The above 3 suggestions are explained, step by step on TIPS board; thread "1 Stop PC Routine Maintenance." To change the security settings see the subtitle on the thread "Can't access websites." Judy

I'm entering the correct e-mail address and correct passward and it still keeps asking me to log in?? Just to be on the safe side I clicked on "Forgotten Password??" and it sent me the password I had been using!! Now what?? Has anyone else had this problem? Sue xx
