I had a similar problem with the Genforum message boards one day last week as well as with the Hugh Wallis site the other day. It's good that you had a reply to your e-mail. I wondered if Ancestry were trying to take over all the genealogy sites to see if anyone noticed! LOL Sue

Anne, I don't think many of us that have had the problem with the site had ancestry subscriptions did we? What a fob off! Thank you anyway Anne, your email did the trick. Regards Viv.

Here's the email I had today from the man himself. The cause of the glitch will perhaps remain a mystery but I'm pleased to see he's not directly involved with Ancestry! "Sorry for the delay - been away overseas. I can access everything OK from various computers and I don't have an Ancestry subscription. Cheers Hugh"
