How do I delete?

Please.....I am going mad trying to delete a couple of people from my tree. I added the wrong mother and father details to my great grandmother. I want to remove them until I find the correct ones. I can't seem to do it because it says I have children linked. Yes I do, but I don't want to remove her, anyway she has children. I guess I would get the same message, all the way to the bottom. I just want to delete the top of the tree. Please help Pauline |

Just change them to unknown for now and overtype when you get the right ones, otherwise you have to delate all descendants .KIM |

Thank you for that Kim. I just thought I was doing something wrong. Seems silly to me that you can add a parent, but you then cannot delete them. I could understand not being able to remove someone in the middle of the tree. I will not make the same mistake again. Pauline |
