Don't lose your 1837 units

Margaret Try begging for an extension, you've got nothing to lose. Tell them your grandmother died. That's true - just don't mention the fact that it was in 1955! Lol. (My wife's an expert at that sort of thing, I've learnt a lot from her)

Hi I had a few left last week and did an email pretty please for advice on how to extend as I did want to use the 1861 but was desperately waiting for durham etc - recd email help extending for another month at no charge - lovely people at 1837!!! Ann

Last year I forked out for a years supply of units which ran out today. In spite of a concerted effort to finish them off in the little time I had available, I still had 55 left. At the back of my mind I had the feeling that if I bought more I would not lose my 55 units. Sure enough, after purchasing five pounds worth I was kindly told that I now had 110 units that would be available for 45 days. So the moral of the story is, if you know you will need more time and more units, top up as you go along and you won't lose any. Barbara
