A good article in this one on 'The Local Alternatives' That is - other records that can be explored. quite a lot of records I had not thought of. Not sure where to find them all but they look intersting if you have an elusive ancestor (as most of us do!) Ann Glos

I've seen it on sale on WH Smith's. "Your Family Tree" has a similar article this month too.

In my local WHS they have about two copies per month in. Perhaps have a look at: www.pro.gov.uk/ancestorsmagazine.
