I got two I ordered last week - amazing. Some have been so slow recently I'd forgotten about them. Let's hope this is a foretaste of what's to come!

I ordered one Thursday and I'm hoping it will get here bedfore its dispatch date opf the 25th - I'm going away for a few days on the 26th and shan't be pleased if it arrives just after I've left!

Thanks - I had given up on Southport and was trying to only order from local offices with SAE as they came back by return, but it sounds as though I can go back to Southport now. Cheers Chris

I reckon they're being coy - they know it will take a week, tops. They tell everyone it'll be longer and we're all ecstatic when they arrive 'early'. Nice bit of marketing there, GRO!

I ordered a birth certificate on monday night (7th) received it on wednesday(9th)morning wow cant beleive there getting really up to date,maybe they have taken on extra staff to deal with all the enquiries. sue
