Thanks Judy, The answer was in your Microsoft Windows update. I did the update and bingo I was able to delete my contacts. Thanks very much. Christine |

My computer will not allow me to delete any of my contacts. I've asked GC support and they say that maybe my computer is holding cached pages - please ensure that offline browsing is disabled. You can find this under Internet Options then under temporary internet files. Well I don't understand computers very well - I can get to where the temporary internet files are but don't really know what to do next - can anyone help - in easy step by step instructions. Thanks very much. Christine |
