Has anyone got 1881 census on disc please??

I don't know her mother's name. Charles was given as her father on her marriage certificate, and that's it. Thanks for looking.

Hi Brian, I don't think we're going to have much luck with this one. I can find bricklayers but not brick makers. I found a Hannah aged 9 with a father who was a brickmaker but his name was Joseph aged 36 in Deptford. There was a Charles from Deptford on SS Osprey, a stoker and married not sure if that's relevant. Do you know the name of Hannah's mum? Heather

Heather She would have been born 1871/72 (aged 20 when married 17/4/1892).

If you can search by occupation, could you look up Charles Harris, Brickmaker, probably in north or east London. His daughter Hannah Jane was my grandmother and at the moment I can't find either of them. Many thanks.

I know it's available online but I think I saw a thread on here a while ago about searching by occupation. If it's possible could somebody please do a search for me. The details are very vague - I have a Samuel Hassall born c 1874, father James Hassall, occupation Carter. I've searched high n low but they are hiding somewhere. I've got Samuel's marriage certificate in 1895 and thats where these details come from. On the 1901 census Samuel Hassall was born Manchester, Lancs. I'd be really grateful for any help with this one. Rachel
