Have just found site written by a doctor giving procedures for issuing a death certificate and where possible errors might occur. Useful info about when coronors get involved etc. www[.]paul-smith[.]doctors[.]org[.]uk/UKDeathCertificates[.]htm - don't forget to remove brackets! |
