Is anyone else experiencing b4usearch site as being down for upgrading? It's been down for a few weeks now and it is the only source I know of to check the electoral roll online for free. It's really frustrating. If anyone knows of any other free electoral roll sites, please could you let me know.

If you both reply on here or e-mail me I can look on my UK info disc for you. It lists the 2001 electrol roll, but I need a name and at least the county. Maggy

Hi Maggy, Brilliant, thank you. Are there any Colin Hall's living in Hove with a Pauline Hall? a couple, Colin & Pamela Cheeseman living in Hove? and perhaps an Andrew, Clive E or Valerie J Neville living in or around hampshire? Really grateful for your help. Where did you get the disk from?? Is it expensive? Thanks, Alison

I can't find one anywhere. 192.*com is the best but expensive Bob

Alison It's not just you, I had the same problem on this site. And I'd also be grateful to know how much the UK Info Discs cost, I've heard of them before.

Have often been tempted by 192 online but what with all the other family history pay per view sites I think I would be close to melting my credit card!!! I do hope b4usearch sort it out soon. I have been trying to locate descendants of my ancestors for a while now and have had some really good success stories and I'd like to keep the momentum. The UK disk will have to be answer for me I think.

Hi Alison, No Colin or Pauline Hall in Hove, some Cheeseman's in Hove, but not the right names. Found Andrew Neville's in Alton, Eastleigh & Gosport, but none of the others in Hampshire. I got my disk free with a family tree programme, but not sure where you would buy one from. Maggy

Karen, Have found a Paul J Mullen, but in Barnstable, different part of Devon. If you want the address please e-mail me and I will send it by e-mail. Maggy

Just found a price for Uk info disk on site4(.)co(.)uk It is priced at £38. Might be able to get it cheaper at eBay site maybe. Hope this helps a few others. Alison
