Hi What can I buy or pay on line for to find births etc. pre 1837 not the IGI AS I can't find much on that thanking you Margaret

Some family history societies have parish records and censuses on microfiche - larger libraries have readers. Maz. XX

Hi there, The only way to get birth details pre 1837 is to look at the Parish records. The Phillimore atlas should tell you where all the parish records are kept also you should be able to borrow the films from the LDS. There are some parish records on line but very few. Mary
