Hi everyone. I have just tried to send a message to someone with an ancestor who has the same name as mine via the envelope at side of name. I typed quite a long message and when I came to send it, it said page cannot be displayed and I lost all my typing. This has happened to me twice before. Does anyone know why please as it's a real pain having to start again. Thanks - Chris |

Drag your mouse over what you have written (so it all turns blue), then right-click on it and "Copy". Then if you have to do it again, you can right-click and "paste". |

Thanks Geoff - never thought of that as it only happens occasionally - but will definitely do it next time. Chris |

This has happened to me a couple of times, but I clicked on the "Back" button at the top of the screen and it returned me to my message. I then clicked on Send again and was successful. |
