Hi I have just recieved my Great Great Grandfather Death Certificate. On the cause of Death it says 1.Cerebral Haemorrhage 3 hours certified by arther a. Rogers and something written underneath which I cant read. All this was written in the box. Does anyone know what the 3 hours mean. Thank you Debbie

There is a time span on several of my certificates. Usually its something like 6 months or three weeks. I take it to mean that is how long they lived after diagnosis. Presumably three hours would be about right in your case. Anne

Thanks for that Anne I thought it might be something like that. This is only the 2nd Death Certificate I have got. And it quite upset me a bit. He is one of the main men I have been looking for and the most interesting. I havnt even found his Birth Certificate yet. Trouble is he has 3 marriages in India and all the Fahters names were different so I thought getting the death certificate would help but it didnt. Thanks Debbie
