I have been looking for a Frederick King born around 1868-1872 with a father also called Frederick info found on the first frederick's marriage certificate. Found a Frederick age 13 on the 1881 cencus in a Bristol work house with his mother called Emma widow both saying they came from Bristol.I have searched bmd but no Frederick born in Bristol around 1868-1872.I have now found a Frederick King age 3 on the 1871 cencus Reading living with a Emily and Frederick King with the 2 Fredericks saying they come from Bath and the Emily coming from Bristol.Do you think this could be him.?------ Just been on 1837 site searched 1867-1870 no Bristol or Bath but in 1867 there is a Frederick king born in Newbury which is not far from where they were in 1871 what do you think i am lost now to what to do! |

hi lita its sounds very much like the same person,i think our ancestors told a few untruths.i have found my husbands grt grt grandfather on 3 censuses he said he came from hull/beverley/york totally confusing but your fredrick sounds 99 percent not like mine. good luck and regards sue |

Could be; however, Frederick King is not that unusual a name. Also, please remember not everyone is on FreeBMD yet. Helen |
