hi PLEASE can anyone help me. Sandra has kindly sent me some info on my family tree. Sent it as an attachment, I have never had any problem before. When I try to download it goes to the download button says it has no viruses. Then when I click on the download button nothing happens no error message or nothing. Been in touch with MSN they havent been able to help as yet. I am desperate to find out what she has sent me. Thanks Diane |

In Outlook express, there is a box regarding attachments, if you have got it checked it wont download attachments. Also, if the attacchment is too large you may not be able to download it. Just a couple of thoughts Ann Glos |
