Thank you for clearing that up. The reason I got confused is because on some entries on the census the enumerator has written oxfordshire and on others Oxon. Thanks again |

i'm trying to transcribe the 1861 census for worcestershire and I have someone born in the county of Oxon then an unreadable town starting with R. Where is Oxon? |
