You need to take it step by step. Do you have your father's full birth certificate? If so it will have his parents names (including mother's maiden name) With that info you should be able to find your grandparents marriage certificate, which will have their father's names on. Look at the Resource Centre on the list (left) which will give you help to get started at finding certificates. Good luck Anne

Can anyone suggest my next move - My paternal grandparents are dead, my father (an only child) has no recollectons to help as to his father's birth place, year of birth, siblings (he died when he was young) or of his grandparents origins etc
