I am researching my family tree and have some information on the area my maternal grandmother came from in co cork. It was a rural area, and I have the names; Shull, Bandon, and Skibbereen. Would anyone know if these are classed as rural areas, and what does rural mean? I hope some kind person can help. Thanks Cath |

Rural means countryside. Skibbereen and Bandon are in County Cork and Shull is in County Mayo, Ireland. |
