Can you view register entries on Ancestry? You can on Scotlands people which is fantastic but i don't fancy paying out all that money if i still have to order the certs at the end of it! Pam

the answer is YES I subscribed to a years almost a year ago and it would have cost me much more to get the information I have got I use it most nights either for me or dor others and as most of my ancestors ended up in London having access to 1871 1891 and 1901 and the cival registration has been fantastic, yes it can be a bit frustrating at times so are all sites. I will definately renew sandra

Definitely worth it now, as it includes the 1871 census and at least some of the 1901 census as well as 1901.

Read the small print. The monthly option is monthly payment BUT commitment for a year. I think there is a quarterly option on UK version. I used the trial 3 times and cancelled each time without problem but others have had difficulties cancelling.

Hi Samantha, have you tried the 14 day trial.I found it very good, but I know others had problems,it can help with census but not all of them are complete and I am talking about ancestry uk by the way.

From one Samantha to another ;) It's the only way to get the 1891 census online, I am loving it :-) but my free trial will end soon and it is a lot of money to find for the years subscription, but I know it has saved me a whole lot of money too. There are so many more avenues to search down with Ancestry. Sam

Sorry if im repeating a question that has already been asked... but just wondered if anyone out there has subscribed to ancestory dot com and wether you think its worth the money? Have you found any new info through it? Samantha
