The version of the decoder i use can process more than 30 results, i've used it to help me with some Smiths! Steve.

Hi Brenda I think the census decoder links people on the same page which can be more than one household. Heather

hi sorry to b a pest i have downloaded the decoder but dont know how to match people up i am looking for james griffiths and sarah griffiths and the census place should be around birkenhead. the only james i know that will fit was put down as single no others in house as on original 1901 census site. so if i look up sarah and then james how can i match them up will it b by id no (were people in the same house given same id nos) what if they were if different houses on census night hope this all makes sense. thanks again
