Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 2,483 Send Message	Linda Internet Explorer is your Browser. To open an new window you can minimise the one thats open and click on IE again or you can hold down the CTRL key and click on a link. Hope this helps. Lynne

	Hi Linda Can't say I had trouble but I actually had to login tonight. Clicking on my favourites usually brings me straight in. Had a bit of a scamble to look for my password though, it's been so long since I had to use it :-) Maybe it's a security thing. Sylvia

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 300 Send Message	I'm having trouble logging into GC, I have e-mailed them and they told be to open a new browser window. excuse my ignorance but what is a browser window, I finally managed to get in on about the twentieth attempt this time please help Linda P
