Just had to share my excitement. Ive just added the first person with the surname Twoddle onto the GC database. Olive H Twoddle, my great uncles wife. I thought it was an uncommon name but cant believe its the first on GC!!! Lindsey

Crista You are a star - Ive been hunting all over for for a reference to her and I reckon you have found it for me. On the marriage register her middle name begins with an H. I reckon theres a good chance its her. I know when I transcribe census records I would be quite disbelieving of the name Twoddle and I can see how it can be mistranscribed. Thanks ever so much. Janet Do you have trouble finding your Speeman through it being mistranscribing it?? Lindsey
