Hi Stewart - they should be at the Essex Record Office in Chelmsford, although it might be worth contacting the church direct in case they have some there. Maz. XX |

Hi all, my great great grandmother was Elizabeth Higgins b. 1844 Loughton, Essex m. Thomas Sear in 1863. I know that her mother and father were John Higgins (b. 1809) & Frances Jacobs m. 1834. Using the IGI online I've found Parish Records for lots of Higgins' in Loughton but I'm trying to conect John to them. I believe his father may be Robert Higgins. Does anyone know where I would find the Parish Records for Loughton? I'm hoping I can find his christening to prove who his father is, I can't find it online. cheers Stewart |
