i phoned BT today and got prem numbers barred it was quick and easy, better to be safe and i have just had my bill and everything was fine tracy

More than likely they have a "dialer" program that has installed itself. Adaware should be able to find it and SpywareBlaster would prevent further porgrams from being able to install themselves. Although Adaware should find it, it won't uninstall it.....that will have to be done manually using your computers unintall feature or the uninstall feature that the program has. Adaware would remove, however, spyware associated with the program. Judy

Two of my friends have just had a phone bill for a very large amount, it is not their doing, as these scam people are very clever and they can do things to make sure that you are dialing a certain number, every time they were on line they were connected to this certain number. To make sure that you do not get a large bill if you dial BT and ask them to block All 0900 No's it will not happen to you. Judy might be able to tell us what they do..........
