Could some kind person look up a Baptisim Cert. for William Lawlor at the R.C. church Hacketstown (Carlow ?) in 1849. His fathers name was James, I do not have the mother's name. William was my G.Grandfather. I have a marriage cert. for William to Mary Coogan Feb. 3rd 1870. As we will be visiting Ireland in May I had hoped to have enough information to help me find his homeplace. Any suggestions ? I have been stuck on this for ages! Thanks, Bridget Sorry my first message was misleading!!! It should have read "Hacketstown" and not Knockananna! I believe it borders Co.Wicklow and Carlow. |
