Nichola Task for tomorrow - sending my 1901 mishaps to the leftover site. Thanks for the tip - keep me busy while waiting for more certs to arrive.

I've noticed a lot of new people on GC lately and just wanted to remind everyone about the above site. I don't always have the time or resources to help people on the message boards but I have put details of all the birth, marriage and death certs (apart from those of living people) that I have on the above site. It is an exchange site for BMD certificates. If like me you've ordered the wrong certificate, you can put it on this site in the hope that someone may need it. You can also put details of certs you've got, even if they're the right ones. The information on the site might help you track down the correct certificate. I hope this helps someone find a missing ancestor and encourages more people to put their certs on the site. It could be such a valuable resource. You can also put parish records on there too. When I do have time, I do try to help on the message boards as well. I've been overwhelmed with the help that I have received over the last few months on GC. I've only been researching my husband and my tree since November and now have 770 people, 129 different surnames and a few new "cousins". So good luck to all you "newbies", thanks to everyone who's helped me and hope anyone who's stuck at the moment might find something useful on the above site. Debbie
