Does anyone know any online sites with records for Northumberland that are worth a look? I know the Newcastle Record Office has an online site where you can search marriages and births for free from 1837 to 1900. This is worth a look all you geordie researchers out there! If anyone can recommend any other good sites I would appreciate it. Lindsey

You can access it through UKBMD, through the resources centre on this site. Once you are on UKBMD select county and search Northumberland. It will bring up a link to the Newcastle Register Office. Click on this and it will take you to where you need. Hope this helps. Lindsey
