My advice for what it is - if in doubt delete. I never open e-mails that I am not sure of. Janet

I've just received an e mail from caroline.williams asking me to click on to a spam arrest site in order that she can receive my e mails and no junk mail. I have contacted a caroline via gc contacts but not williams. Should I go any further with this e mail or just delete it. With all the viruses about I daren't do anything without checking first.
