Hi there After spending hours inputting my family tree onto this site, it's now not letting me in! Despite adjusting browser/security settings I'm still getting the 'page unavailable' message. Is anybody else having problems accessing the site, or please please could somebody give me some pointers as to what I'm doing wrong? Thank you! Karen

Karen, I know very little about computers but I have had no problems with that site over the last few days. Perhaps it is something to do with your browser settings or something. Have a look at the thread by Judy about eliminating these sorts of problems, perhaps that can help. Sorry I cannot be of further assistance. Russell

Karen try this, go to internet options /security/trusted sites/add then in the box put in http://www.tribalpages(.)com (minus brackets) see if that works (TB is a site I would trust). I am assuning that you have cleared all your temporary files etc. Bob
