SPAM in the titles of SPAM emails

Over the past 4 or 5 days my spam emails (50 a day!) are now admitting that they are spam and put ***SPAM*** in the title. Why ? Is this to get around some legal threat or is it that the spammers have suddenly become jolly nice fellows?

Robert, I've seen this a few times on my email system at work - it's an auto scanning mechanism by the webserver, if it thinks the mail is spam it adds that to the title - be warned, they aren't always spam !!!
