Due to numerous reasons, I've been unable to spend much time on the computer during the past six to eight weeks. I've been saving all of my incoming emails in my "Mail Center", to print out when I can start researching again. I THINK I left my outgoing emails in the "Sent Mail" section; or perhaps I moved them to the "Mail Center" with the others. At any rate, I am missing the emails that I sent (prior to March 10). Could they automatically be deleted after a certain amount of time? I know I only have seven days before incoming emails are deleted, but I didn't think outgoing were deleted until I did it. Would anyone have any suggestions, please??? |

Lisa, Are you using Outlook? Have you responded to it's messages about archiving? The messages might be archived. Crista |

Hi Crista. Sorry, I don't know anything about my computer. I don't think I'm using Outlook. I will look in the "help" area and see if it says anything about archiving. Thanks, Crista. PS I checked - I apparently can save outgoing mail to my filing cabinet, so I don't know what is going on. I have a LOT of mail I have saved -- perhaps I can only save a certain amount? |
