Hellllp! Somehow I have become infected with Netsky_d, b, c plus some sort of trojen, Bagle_O. downloaded some resolve program that are susposed to remove the viruses but they tell me that there is no virus active on my system. I have AVG antivirus on my system and that tells me I HAVE got the viruses, but cannot remove or clean em, Any ideas anyone and would a complete hard drive format sort out the prob? I hav no idea how I got infected cos I never open dodgy emails, and have not slept with any loose women..lately! HELLLLLPP!!

I have not had any virus e-mails for two days, touch wood. After reading webuser, i followed the setting up spam filters section. In outlook express go to tools, message rules, mail and click In the new button to make a new mail rule box appear. In box one i ticked where the message body containsspecific words. In box two i ticked delete it In box three, click on whatever comes up blue and then type In offending words adding after every word or phrase. The common ones are viagra, porn, pill, drug, here is your file, please open file +anything else that annoys you. Finally give the new rule a name and click ok to apply to your messages. THIS IS NOT TO BE USED INSTEAD OF VIRUS SOFTWARE. Sorry for shouting but if something comes through that you haven't typed in, this filter will not save you, but it does stop your inbox getting clogged up. As someone who has been getting over a dozen virus mails a day, this works. If you do get virus after this just add the message to a new message rule.

Just had a spate more of NetSky, including Friends and GC as senders. Paul

I have just deleted two messages containing the NetSKY. They purported to come from Friends Reunited, and from Genes Connected. Watch out people, the !"£$%^&* are still out there. Paul
