Where should I look for a death in 1968 in Barcelo

By the looks of things, you are going to have to look in Spain for the Certificate. It is possible that you may find it as a late entry in one of the death indexes, but don't quote me on it. I am looking to get the death cert for my Granddad, Arthur George Palmer who died while in Spain on 3rd August 1968 in Institution Guttman and the death was registered at the Hospital Clinico, Barcelona. I have looked on 1837 but the death is not recorded there any advice where to go next????
