Hi Mark, You best bet is to order your grandfather's birth certificate to get his parents names and then, with a little bit of luck, you might find them on the 1901 census with more family members. You can look for certificate references here. www.1837online(.)com Crista

My name is mark Dines and im trying to find any familly links to me as i do not have any knowledge on my dads side at all apart from his father and his brother and would love to find out more. I was born in Barking in Essex But my Grandad comes from Grays but my dad was born in Whitechapple in East London
