I have two sisters who married two brothers and I have a girl who's great great grandfather was her husbands great great uncle. I would like to link these families within my one genesconnected family tree. Please can you let me know how I can do this.

Apparently you cant link them. I posted a message today with a similar problem. My Great-Grandfather and his brother married two sisters. The replies said you cant do this at the moment but that GC boffins are working on it. Apparently you can by genealogy software that doesnt have this problem. Im afraid it seems its either that or wait for the boffins to do their stuff! Hope this helps - sorry its not more positive Lindsey

Is it now possible to link two families on GR? It would be a great help.

Likewise, I have had similar problems. Examples include :- Pairs of Brothers marrying pairs of sisters. Cousins marrying cousins. Someone from a distant branch marrying into another branch of your family. This is a real nuisance because you end up having to add the same pair of relatives twice into your tree which obviously exagerates the number of people in your total compliment of relatives. I hope they can sort this one soon.
