Hi Neil, Just had a look on www.bt(.)co.uk there are 10 J mills down for London area, unfortunatley it doesn,t give a full name so J could stand for anything...and b4usearch is being upgraded, so i cant check electoral roll. You could ask MicheaL Thursby about page 11-12 on general topics to do a search on the electoral roll, and it could also be worth putting a message on the trying to find board. Good luck Sheila

My best friend was adopted at birth. We're trying to trace her birth father having traced her mother. My friend Jenny has met her mother but the mother has not kept contact or given any info on the father. The adoption file states that he was a Jonathan Mills born around 1934 or 35 and in 1972 was living at 65 Shepherds Bush Rd, Hammersmith, London. He was aware that he was an expectant father as the files state that he offered to look after the mother and baby. Can you give any tips as to where I can go. We traced the mother by re-marriage & the resultant certificate & discovered that she'd lived only 2 miles up the road all her life. Thanks for your time. Neil Herbert
