Death Certificates For War Dead?

Thanks Diane, Saves me trawling through the 1837, I thought there might be more info on the certificate. I have found a Henry Dipple in the CWGC but not sure if he's mine as it does not say who his parents or next of kin are - as his number is on there can I find out more information by giving this number to someone somewhere!! Maggie

Are marriages whilst in the Armed Forces during the war on a separate list too?

They are in separate index's in the FRC. They aren't on 1837 online yet. I found mine at the FRC and the death certificate didn't give me any extra information than the info that is on CWGC site. Diane

For men that died in the war, would I still find their death certificate reference on the 1837 site or are their deaths registered somewhere else? Maggie
