The only reason I can guess is that you have tried to upload info from other software,without emptying your tree first as you are directed to do. Regards William Russell Jones Cefn Mawr Wrexham. |

It looks as if I was right,when it happened to me,I contacted GC and there technical people restored it to its "former glory". Regards William Russell Jones Cefn Mawr Wrexham. |
