Thanks Rosemary, This at least confirms my family had moved away by 1891. Thank you so much. Naomi

Thanks Judith, I've only got 1891 on ancestry and I can't see that you can an address search. I'll have another look. Thanks again. Naomi

HI Naomi, I just did an address search on 1901 census - even numbers in Edmund Street Camberwell are in Emmanuel ecclesiastical parish, odd numbers are in St Georges parish so worth another look for those odd numbers in 1891. 33 & 35 Edmund Street are given as one address ; looks like pub still there then covering two buildings? Thanks Guys, not the answers I was hoping for I'm afraid. My G Grandfather was, according to birth cert in 1855 born at 35 Edmund St. Camberwell. This is apparently the Draycott Arms and his father is listed as occupation Brewers Servant. Lynda did a look up for me on the census and there's no number 35 listed. I looked again yesterday on the 1891 and it goes in even numbers although one member of the family and his wife are living at number 18 Edmund Street. Thanks anyway. Naomi

The ones have looked at have usually listed as on the street. A point to note is they often will have a different name to their present one. Bob

Have a great grandfather who was a publican. The pub was in order of dwellings in the road. Viv.

I was wondering if a pub is in a road, is it listed in the page along with the houses in that road or were pubs and so-on done seperately? Ta Naomi
